Also known as a Standing Rib Roast, this beautiful cut-to-order roast will make a dramatic (and spectacularly delicious) centerpiece for a holiday meal or special celebration.
Cook it "slow and low" with your favorite dry rub to achieve a savory, crusty exterior and a deliciously tender and juicy, pink interior... and don't forget the horseradish!
Our hand-cut Rib Roasts are available in 6lb. (3 ribs-6 servings) to 14lb. (7 ribs-14 servings). For a generous meal, we recommend preparing one rib for every 2 guests.
As with all of our products, our locally sourced, grass fed bone-in Prime Rib comes from a local Wisconsin family farm and is raised on grass and natural forages and is free of antibiotics and hormones. Our meat is traditionally dry aged at least 14 days before being hand-cut by out expert butchers.
