Kettle Range Uncured Grass Fed Beef Snack Sticks are made from the same antibiotic and hormone free grass fed beef steers as our premium steaks and roasts.  And like all Kettle Range meat, the beef for our snack sticks is locally sourced from our network of small Midwestern family farms.  Our meat is dry aged for at least 14 days to bring out the best flavor profile and texture before it is hand-cut and naturally smoked in our USDA-inspected processing plant.

Please note that some snack stick recipes also include small quantities of our pastured Heritage Berkshire pork to add moisture during smoking and to deepen the flavor profile.
