Cook it "slow and low" with your favorite dry rub to achieve a savory, crusty exterior and a deliciously tender and juicy, pink interior... and don't forget the horseradish!
Our hand-cut Ribeye Roasts are available in 4lb. (8 servings) to 8lb. (16 servings). For a generous meal, we recommend an 8oz serving for each guest.
As with all of our products, our locally sourced, grass fed Boneless Ribeye Roast comes from a local Wisconsin family farm and is raised on grass and natural forages and is free of antibiotics and hormones. Our meat is traditionally dry aged at least 14 days before being hand-cut by out expert butchers.
