Kettle Range Buyer's Club is a monthly CSA-style meat share program. Each month we curate a selection of our best cuts of grass fed beef and pastured pork and have it ready for you to pick up at one of our convenient pick up sites, or we will deliver it right to your door.
This is truly farm-to-table, quality meat.
Our healthy, locally raised meat is sourced from our network of small farmers right here in the Kettle Moraine region of eastern Wisconsin. We select each animal for health and finishing, transporting it to a local processing facility where it is hand cut and flash frozen to guarantee quality and freshness.
Our beef is traditionally dry aged for a minimum of 15 days, and all of our meat is free of antibiotics, hormones, and other chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
