In case you haven't heard, our new community butcher shop is under construction at 5501 West State Street in Milwaukee, right next door to the famous Saz's Statehouse restaurant.
It's an exciting project and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to everybody who has supported us during the last year. Thank you!
We deep into a complicated remodel, and it looks like we will get the doors open to the public as soon as possible... hopefully late January, 2016.
