This article also served as the first public announcement of the upcoming grand opening of our first community butcher shop, scheduled to open in Milwaukee in late January, 2016.
Soon you will be able to walk in and request a custom butcher's cut of our locally raised, antibiotic and hormone free beef. We will be aging, smoking, stuffing sausages, and who knows what else... all onsite.
